of wheat, is a great additive to my diet. You can find it in the health food section of the supermarket and it’s
inexpensive. Start with 2 teaspoons per day in a glass of water or orange juice. It has no flavour and is a bit
like drinking breadcrumbs.
This fibre absorbs cholesterol, keeps you regular and absorbs fat. Wonderful stuff
if you are not getting fibre the regular way, like eating fruits and vegetables. Just make sure you drinks
lots of water.
Exercise Essentials
Exercising on an empty stomach has been shown to burn more stored fat than exercising
on a full stomach. Research has also shown that you burn more fat when you exercise in the morning rather than
later in the day.
Your metabolism speeds up and stays fast for longer if you exercise first thing in
the morning.
Breakfast
To lose weight you must never skip a meal. Breakfast is so very important and speeds
up your metabolism for about eight hours and then starts slowing down again, so if you keep eating small balanced
